Champagne.... there's been a miracle. Tim is at the airport with Roxana and the bag is arriving. At this very moment. And Bram decided to wait for this flight, to give it a last shot to leave together... and YES!!!! They're off immediately after checking the bag's content. It was standing in Santiago. Amsterdam never checked it further. Bloody amateurs.
Our phone calls paid off. Another proof of -never give up! Roxana, you're a star.
Boys, what could possibly now go wrong??? Aconcagua, here they come.

The sticker they glue around a luggage handle has the codes of all airports in the order they entered.
When Tim checked in at Schiphol, did they not put a sticker on with codes like MAD - SCL - MDZ (or similar), in that order and give Tim a copy for follow up and control purposes?
If the sticker ended with SCL, by a mistake at Schiphol, then I can understand that his bag came out on the luggage belt in Santiago, while Tim was still in transit, waiting for his Mendoza flight.
Or did I miss something?
In any event, this sounds like a real horror thriller where the good guys prevailed.

We rock.. Bram and Tim you climb that rock. And yes, I think that bag only got coded to SCL... so Tim might be lucky nobody picked it up and left using it as carnaval outfit on the streets of Santiago...
